What is the weather policy?+
We ride rain or shine. If the weather is too dangerous to ride, we will reach out at least 2 hours before your trip to reschedule.
Can we drink alcohol on the trolley?+
Absolutely. The trolley does not provide alcohol, but you are welcome to bring your own. We allow beer, wine, and seltzer in non-glass containers. Each rider may bring up to 36 oz of beer OR 18 oz of wine. There is space inside the trolley for your coolers, and we will make stops along the route so you can replenish drinks. No liquor, jello shots, or personally mixed drinks.
Can we decorate the trolley?+
You are welcome to decorate for your special occasion. There are hooks for banners and you may tie balloons to the trolley. Let us know during the booking process so we can plan setup.
Will there be music?+
What's a party without music? The sound system is Bluetooth — we can play our music, or you can bring your favorite playlists.
Can we tip the driver?+
Absolutely. If you enjoyed your ride, feel free to leave your driver a tip.
Is there a minimum age to ride on the trolley?+
No minimum age, but underage children must be accompanied by an adult. To use a bike seat, riders must be able to reach the pedals. Anyone under 21 on a tour with alcohol present is not permitted to drink at any point during the tour — no exceptions. This applies on the trolley and inside the restaurants and bars.
Where does the ride start and end?+
Most trips start and end at the Red Pig Inn in Ottawa. The Car-E-It Party Pack starts and ends at The Car-E-It (Ottawa), and the Bombshelter Party Pack starts and ends at The Bombshelter (Glandorf). Your package page will tell you the start point for that route.
Where does the ride take us?+
You can tell us where your group wants to go, or we can provide our own route. Every trip includes stops at bars along the route — let us know your favorites during booking.
What time should I arrive for my tour?+
We recommend showing up 15-20 minutes before your tour's launch time so we launch on schedule. Any delay due to arriving late will cut into your tour timeframe.
What is the weight limit for the trolley?+
The side stools on the bike have a limit of 300 lbs each. The back bench has a limit of 400 lbs.
Can I still book if I don't have 10 people?+
Yes — you can book with fewer than 10 people, but you will still pay the 10-person rate.
What is the refund policy?+
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to reschedule.
